What is the difference between an adaptable wear part and an original part?
Unlike wear parts related to the automotive world (car, truck etc ...), wear parts for shredders, shredders, screens etc ... have no real differences except their names. The materials and plans used are identical to those of the original and they adapt perfectly to the linked machines.
Important: The appellation is intended to guide the customer, in no case should it be considered as the original description.
Are Vercom Parts adaptable parts suitable for machines other than those mentioned?
Our adaptable wear parts are specially designed for a specific use, so all the parts on our site are adapted to the machine linked. Some of them can be partially used by other machines but the result can result in more frequent breakages or even system blockages.
What is a hammer for?
A hammer is an accessory mounted on a rotor horizontally or vertically. These cutting tools are mainly used by grinders so that they can cut or grind as fine as possible plants, wood, stones ... which pass under its movement. Vercom Parts hammers are robust and suitable for different uses for optimal results.
Our hammers are almost all embellished with tungsten tips and reinforcements in the form of inserts and / or tungsten chip reloading and are distinguished in several models,
The oscillators.
Mobiles.
The fixed.
What is a blade for?
Blades are tools that act as a grass cutter. To operate and unlike the hammer, it is imperative to put them into operation on open areas outside stony or banky areas.
What is the use of a plague?
Ideally designed to beat grain, the lightness and sensitivity of these parts make them more fragile accessories than hammers. But paradoxically, the work is more precise and much more orderly.
What is the purpose of hammer holders ?
The supports are the fixing link between the hammers / blades and the screws on the rotor of the machines if necessary. They act as a home base and reinforce the durability of the utensils.
How stocks are managed
Vercom has a large stock of tools due to its warehouse consisting of two buildings.
A frequent inventory of parts allows us to ensure the best stability of stocks. As a result, customer requirements and emergencies can be met without a hitch.
What is Tungsten? And why is it used?
Tungsten is a material with atomic number 74 with symbol W. In French, Tungsten means "Heavy Stone" which itself emanates from the Swedish terms Tung (heavy) and Sten (stone).
This material is generally used in typical electrical applications, but in another form being mixed or composed of alloys it becomes much stronger and harder. That's why we use it for reinforcement purposes to optimize the durability of a part that can increase the life of a tool by 10x!
